It’s the end of a killer stretch of schedule for Washington on Saturday night as the Huskies face Southern Cal, the third straight Top-11 team that UW has had to play. USC is an 11.5-point favorite at Vegassportsbetting.com

Washington (3-2, 1-1) upset then-No. 8 Stanford to start this stretch but was outclassed last week at Oregon, 52-21. e, Bishop Sankey ran for 104 yards and two touchdowns.

Quarterback Keith Price completed 19 of 31 passes for 145 yards. He threw two interceptions and was sacked once. Oregon has now beat Washington in nine straight matchups — all by at least 17 points.

Southern Cal is attempting to get back into the national championship picture after losing to Stanford on Sept. 15. Last week, the Trojans didn’t play great in a 38-28 win at Utah on a Thursday night. Matt Barkley led the Trojans to 28 straight points, passing for 303 yards and three touchdowns in the win.

Nickell Robey intercepted a pass and returned it for a 38-yard score in the fourth quarter to give USC a 38-21 lead – Utah was up 21-10 midway through the second quarter.

Barkley gave USC its first lead with 4:38 left in the first half on a 6-yard TD pass to Robert Woods on third-and-goal from the 6. Marqise Lee finished with 12 catches for 192 yards, and Woods had six catches for 69 yards. Barkley, who has yet to play a game in Seattle, is 4 TDs shy of the Pac-12 career touchdown pass record. All-American WR Woods is 9 catches away from the USC career receptions mark.

Troy could set the school record for consecutive games without being shut out; the last time the Trojans were blanked was, ironically, at Washington in 1997 (the Huskies also snapped USC’s original record in 1983 in Seattle).

The game will be played at CenturyLink Field, home of former USC head coach Pete Carroll’s Seattle Seahawks, while Husky Stadium is being renovated.

Although USC has won 8 of the past 10 contests against the Huskies, the series with Washington traditionally features close outcomes. Southern Cal won 40-17 last year.

But the Huskies won the previous two. In 2010 in L.A., Erik Folk connected from 32 yards to beat USC, 32-31, on the final play of the game. In 2009 in Seattle, Washington handed No. 3 USC a 16-13 win as Folk connected on a 22-yard field goal with three seconds left. Barkley missed that game with an injury.

Vegas trends: Under is 4-1-1 in the last 6 meetings. Home team is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings. Trojans are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 meetings. Trojans are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 meetings in Washington. Underdog is 5-2 ATS in their last 7 meetings.
