Dayton, Iowa enter the CBS Sports Top 25 (and one) after UCLA and Utah lose

UCLA and Utah both lost games late Friday to schools ranked outside of KenPom’s top 85. So the Bruins and Utes were moved out of the updated CBS Sports Top 25 (and one).

Dayton and Iowa took the open spots.

The Flyers are 10-2 with two top-20 KenPom wins — one over Iowa on a neutral court, the other at Vanderbilt. Meantime, the Hawkeyes are 10-3 with wins over Michigan State, Wichita State and Florida State, and they have zero losses outside of Kenpom’s top 45.

So Dayton and Iowa are in.

And UCLA and Utah are out.

And, if you’re wondering, Pittsburgh, right now, would be No. 27.
