Dayton wins at Vanderbilt, moves to 21st in CBS Sports Top 25 (and one)

Dayton is still playing without its leading returning scorer, Dyshawn Pierre, which is never ideal. But, just like last season, Archie Miller has figured out a way to win regardless. So the Flyers are 7-1 with a lone loss to a Xavier team that’s undefeated and ranked.

Dayton beat Iowa and Alabama last month.

The Flyers won at Vanderbilt late Wednesday.

And they’re now ranked 21st in the updated CBS Sports Top 25 (and one).
