The Miami Hurricanes rightfully axed head coach Al Golden after the biggest loss in team history, a 58-0 embarrassment against Clemson. Now the team looks ahead, or possibly backwards, for their next permanent head coach.
Butch Davis, the coach of The U from 1995-2000, has publically stated that he would be interested in coming back to the team he once dominated with. Not surprisingly, Bodog
has opened Davis as a +175 favorite to take on head coaching duties in Miami.
During his five seasons at the helm of the Hurricanes the team went 51-20, culminating in a Sugar Bowl win over the Florida Gators.
Close behind Davis is Miami-alum Mario Cristobal at +350 according to Bodog
. Cristobal is currently the offensive line coach of Alabama and spent the five seasons prior to that as the head coach of FIU.
Who will be the Head Coach of the Miami Hurricanes for the 2016 Season?
