Frosty conditions in store for Cowboys-Packers matchup

USA Today Sports

According to weather forecasts, temperatures at Lambeau Field will begin around 19 degrees for the NFC Divisional Round playoff matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers, before moving to the low-20s as the game progresses.

Wind will blow across the field at around three miles per hour with the game being played under partly cloudy skies.

At present, the Packers are 5-point favorites and the total is 51.

Yesterday’s AFC Divisional Round game between the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots was played in very similar conditions. The frigid temperatures couldn’t slow down the scoring as the Pats won 35-31 easily surging past the closing 47.5-point total.
