LOOK: Yale coach celebrating team’s win is what the tourney is all about

Longtime Yale coach James Jones is known as a great quote and as a high-energy guy.

Following the Bulldogs’ upset win over Baylor, Jones showed that again. Check him out diving into a dog pile with his players.

For Jones, this one obviously means something special. It’s the school’s first NCAA Tournament win, meaning it’s also Jones’ first win in the dance despite coaching at the university for 17 years.

In an era where coaches get fired after three or four years of struggles, it’s pretty great that the university has now been rewarded for its patience with Jones.
