Kansas City is 0-6 ATS in its last six games against AFC East teams, and after opening as 3-point road underdogs for this matchup that line has remained stable over the course of the week. The total for the game at the sportsbooks sits at 46.5 points, with the UNDER going 4-0 in the last four games between the Patriots and the Chiefs.
