The Niners are 7-1-1 ATS in their last nine games as road favorites, and they’ve won two games in a row SU heading into Week 6. San Francisco beat Dallas in their opener, then lost to Chicago and Arizona before bouncing back with victories against Philadelphia and Kansas City. The Niners covered a 4.5-point home spread in a 22-17 win over the Chiefs last week.
The Rams’ lone win on the season came back on September 14 against Tampa Bay, a 19-17 road victory as a 4.5-point underdog on the NFL betting lines. St. Louis lost 34-28 at Philadelphia last time out as a 4-point road underdog in their second straight OVER result.
San Francisco went 2-0 both SU and ATS against St. Louis last season, but overall they’re just 1-3 ATS in the last four games between the two teams at the Edward Jones Dome. The OVER has gone 7-2 the last nine times that St. Louis has played on Monday Night Football.
