NFL ATS Results: Week 3 Betting Recap

The Denver Broncos continued to be a good team to wager against in Week 3, as they fell short against the Seattle Seahawks SU and in the process also dropped to 0-3 ATS on the season.

Peyton Manning and company won but failed to cover a big spread in each of the first two weeks of the season, topping Indianapolis 31-24 as an 8.5-point favorite and Kansas City 24-17 as a 13-point favorite. The Broncos then lost 26-20 to the Seahawks as 5-point underdogs in overtime in Week 3.

New England was the biggest favorite on the board in Week 3, at -15 at some sportsbooks against the Raiders. However, the Patriots could only manage a SU win in their 16-9 victory. As well, the Saints were as much as 11-point favorites against the Vikings at times last week, which gave bettors a PUSH in their 20-9 victory if they didn’t wait until the line dropped down prior to kickoff.

The Falcons easily covered in their romp over the Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football in Week 3, and Indianapolis had no trouble paying off in a 44-17 win over Jacksonville. The Bengals were also easy ATS winners in their game against the Titans on Sunday afternoon, and the Lions got the ATS payout against the Packers.

The Eagles were favored by anywhere from 4 points to 7 points at home against Washington in Week 4 depending on the day and the sportsbook, but in the end Philadelphia could manage only a 3-point victory in that 37-34 game. The Cardinals pulled off an outright upset over the Niners, winning 23-14 as a 2.5-point underdog against their rival.
