Indianapolis Colts (10-4)

Week 15 Top Performers:

  • Andrew Luck: 187 yards and two touchdowns
  • Dan Herron: 60 yards
  • TY Hilton: 82 yards

Factors to consider:

  • Andrew Luck and the Colts won their Week 15 matchup at home against the Houston Texans, 10-17
  • Colts have clinch first place in the AFC South, though they still need a couple more wins to increase their chances for home field advantage in the playoffs
  • This week, the weather will not be a factor when they play on the road .

Offensive Expectations:

  • Luck and the Colts offense face a Cowboys defense that is ranked 22nd in total yards allowed
  • Expect Luck to be involved in the passing game considering the weapons they have in that receiver mix (Luck>300 yards)
  • With Ahmad Bradshaw on IR, the Colts ground game, with Dan Herron and Trent Richardson, is unpredictable (depending on the game pace)

Defensive Expectations:

  • The Colts defense also has many weapons that can cause trouble to the Cowboys offense.
  • Look out for the following matchup: CB Vonte Davis vs WR Dez Bryant

Dallas Cowboys (10-4)

Week 15 Top Performers:

  • Tony Romo: 265 yards and three touchdowns
  • Demarco Murray: 81 yards and two touchdowns
  • Dez Bryant: 114 yards and three touchdowns

Factors to consider:

  • Cowboys had an incredible performance in week 15 when they faced their All-time rivals on the road, the Philadelphia Eagles. They beat the Eagles 38-27 and now hold that top spot in the NFC East
  • Still, they need a win as they haven’t yet clinch or guaranteed a playoff spot
  • Playing at home

Offensive Expectations:

  • Tony Romo and the Cowboys offense have a 15th ranked defense to handle on Sunday
  • The Cowboys ground game depends on Demarco Murray’s health status which is said to be doubtful
  • Dez Bryant has a much tougher matchup this week when he goes one-on-one with CB Vonte Davis

Defensive Expectations:

  • The Cowboys defenses have a tough matchup to deal with this week
  • Andrew Luck and the entire Colts offense are ranked first in passing yards allowed, averaging 310.9 YPG
  • Expect them to struggle in the pass defense.

Sports Prediction
The Dallas Cowboys have opened the odds tables as a 3 point spread favorite. This is simply because they have home field advantage and they haven’t guaranteed a spot in the playoffs, therefore this game is much more important for them. But then again, the Colts are a very strong team as they have many weapons they can go to. With Demarco Murray out of the lineup, this game can go either way. That said, I would not touch the spread for this matchup, but would definitely go with the under/over. I recommend taking Over 55 provided by BetOnline as this will be a high scoring game.
