Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos managed to cover a big road spread last weekend, and they’ve been given the same task for Week 11 for their game against the St. Louis Rams at the Edward Jones Dome.
The Broncos covered an 11.5-point spread in Oakland in Week 10, and the online sportsbooks have opened them as 8-point road favorites in St. Louis for Sunday afternoon. Denver is 7-2 SU and 5-4 ATS so far this season, while the Rams have fallen out of playoff contention at 3-6 both SU and ATS.

And after failing to cover a big spread in Week 10 the winless Raiders find themselves in the same situation for Week 11 as they opened as 8-point road underdogs against the Chargers in San Diego. Oakland is 0-9 SU and 4-5 ATS on the season, while San Diego is 5-4 both SU and ATS – but riding a three-game losing streak.
The other AFC West team finds itself as a home underdog on the opening betting lines for Week 11, with the Kansas City Chiefs sitting at +1 at Arrowhead Stadium against the Seattle Seahawks. The Chiefs have records of 6-3 SU and 7-2 ATS on the season, with the Seahawks at 6-3 SU and 4-5 ATS.

For the primetime matchups this week the Dolphins opened at -4 at home against the Bills for Thursday Night Football, with the Colts at -2 at home against the Patriots for Sunday Night Football, and the Titans at +4 at home against the Steelers for Monday Night Football. The other marquee matchup for Week 11 saw the Packers open as 4.5-point home favorites against the Eagles at Lambeau Field.
The Cleveland Browns, surprisingly atop the AFC North standings, opened as 3-point home favorites against the Houston Texans for Week 11, while the Bengals were set as 5.5-point road underdogs for their Sunday afternoon matchup against the Saints on the opening lines. Arizona opened as a 3-point home favorite against Detroit, but that line is on the move as Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer suffered a knee injury in Week 10 and is out for the season.
