The U.S. Court of Appeals has reinstated the four-game suspension of New England Patriots’ quarterback Tom Brady originally handed down by the NFL as a result of his connection to the 2015 “Deflategate” scandal.

Originally, Brady’s suspension was thrown out back in September of 2015, but an appeal by the league led to today’s decision.

Statement from the court’s decision:

“We hold that the commissioner properly exercised his broad discretion under the collective bargaining agreement and that his procedural rulings were properly grounded in that agreement and did not deprive Brady of fundamental fairness. Accordingly, we reverse the judgement of the district court and remand with instructions to confirm the award.”

Here are the game odds that were released by CG Technology for the first four games for the 2016 season:

Week 1: at Arizona Cardinals (Pick)
Week 2: vs Miami Dolphins (-9.5)
Week 3: vs Houston Texans (-8)
Week 4: vs Buffalo Bills (-7)

These lines will, most certainly change with Jimmy Garoppolo handling the snaps behind center for the Pats.
