In an amazing back-and-forth contest, the New England Patriots have won Super Bowl XLIX and cashed in at the betting window for their backers.

The matchup, which closed as pick’em, was tied at 14 at halftime but saw New England come out on top thanks to a Malcolm Butler interception in the Patriots’ end zone, sealing the game with the score 28-24. Over bettors also walked away happy as the contest went above the closing total of 47.

Tom Brady set a Super Bowl record with 37 completions and finished the affair with four touchdowns and two interceptions for 328 yards. Seahawks signal caller Russell Wilson had two touchdowns and one interception for 247 yards. Brady was named Super Bowl MVP after the game.
