Killeya-Jones is ranked 18th nationally in the Class of 2016, according to 247Sports. The 6-foot-10 forward lives in Virginia and was committed to Virginia until he withdrew that commitment in June. He’s the second Class of 2016 prospect to commit to John Calipari’s Wildcats. The other is Tai Wynyard, a four-star forward from New Zealand.
Killeya-Jones was a fringe top-50 prospect before the spring/summer circuit.
His impressive play recently created the offer from Hall of Fame coach John Calipari.
