According to the Westgate LV Superbook, the Packers were co-favorites with the Seattle Seahawks at 9/2, but after the injury to the Pro Bowl Packers wide out Green Bay has been dropped to 6/1. The Packers have also gone from 9/4 to 3/1 to win the NFC.
However, offshore books haven’t reacted as strongly to the Packers losing their leading receiver from last season.
“While this is a big blow to the Packers, they are still co-favorites to win the Super Bowl and NFC with the Seahawks at +650 and +320 respectively,” Michael Stewart of CarbonSports told Covers.
“Where we did see and immediate impact was in their week 1 line versus the Bears where they have moved from 7-point faves to 6.5 point faves in Chicago.”
