UFC Fight Night action returns on December 20 with two former champions looking to climb the rankings ladder and get back into title contention. Odds on all UFC Fight Night 58 main and undercard fights are available at 5Dimes, including lots of prop options.
MMA odds on the UFC Fight Night 58 main event are handicapped heavily in favor of the former UFC Light Heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida to beat C.B. Dollaway. The current moneyline to win on Machida is at -600, while the Dollaway upset will pay +450.
Dollaway is taking a huge step up in competition and we agree with 5Dimes, predicting that Machida will dominate for what should be a KO win. Machida wins inside the distance is more affordable at UFC odds of -300 as well as the UNDER 2.5 rounds at -150.
UFC Fight Night 58 odds on the co-main event are just as lopsided. Former UFC Bantamweight champ Renan Barao is currently a UFC odds -750 favorite to beat Canadian up-and-comer Mitch Gagnon. Considered one of the top pound-for-pound fighters just a few months ago, Barao is expected to teach his young opponent what it’s like to fight in the upper echelon of the UFC Bantamweight division.
Gagnon should be outclassed, but we expect the three-round fight to go the distance. The OVER 1.5 rounds is an affordable -140 and the Barao wins by decision prop option will currently pay MMA odds of +200. We don’t recommend the Gagnon +525 option to win, despite the fat payday potential.
In a closely handicapped matchup Patrick Cummins is a slight favorite at -155 over Antonio Carlos Junior (+135). This fight could go either way, so we like the +130 option on the fight going the distance, or the -175 on the fight going OVER 1.5 rounds.
