Our NFL Sunday night free sports pick is an NFC East divisional game between the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles. We will further discuss the best sports betting odds between these two teams followed by our free picks.

The New York Giants had a successful week 5 against the Atlanta Falcons at home. They were able to beat the NFC south team 20-30 giving the Giants their third straight win, improving their record to 3-2. Eli Manning only threw for 200 yards though was able to get two touchdowns out of it. From those, wide receiver Rueben Randle was able to contribute to the scoreboard as well as rookie Odell Beckham. Beckham played his first game with the Giants as he was coming off a hamstring injury. Luckily, the young wide receiver made an impact in his debut for his Giants team. New York’s defense has also been doing a good job this season; they are set in 10th place in rushing defense allowing only 99 yards per game. This week, they face a divisional team that being the Eagles and LeSean McCoy. These two teams do not like each other so expect a hard hitting matchup. Expect lots of touchdowns from the Giants as they face a weak Philadelphia defense that has allowed 13 TDs already this season (most in the NFL).

The Philadelphia Eagles won another game at home against the St-Louis Rams 28-34. Considering the high score, Nick Foles only threw for 207 yards; however he was able to get two touchdowns. Although the Eagles have allowed the most touchdowns, Chip Kelly’s defense compensated by scoring defensive touchdowns which is exactly what happened with their week 6 matchup; as they had one punt block for a TD and a fumble recovery TD. Despite the ranking, the Eagles defense puts up points on the scoreboard helping out the offense. From the offensive side, wide receiver Jeremy Maclin and Riley Cooper were able to come down with touchdowns. Though, the biggest issue for the Eagles team has been their highly expected rush offense with LeSean McCoy and Darren Sproles; McCoy rushed for 81 yards and Sproles for 51 yards with no TDs. The offensive line is the one to blame in this situation as the eagles protection is in need of improvement. Though, come Sunday night expect this Philadelphia rushing offense to pick up big yards and points, regardless of the Giants strong rush defense. Home field advantage, especially on a Sunday night, is a critical positive factor for the Eagles. Also, the Eagles passing offense should pick up good yards against a weak Giant aerial defense (25th in most yards allowed).

Vegas Sports Betting Pick and Predictions
The odds table are considering the Eagles as favorite going into Sunday night’s game. The spread to cover isPhiladelphia Eagles -3. Our team has come to conclusion that the Eagles should have no problem getting this win at home and just enough to cover the spread. Why? Their home field advantage is a one of the reasons; the other would have to be the due to the Giants weak pass defense that will have a tough time keeping up with the Eagles receiver mix. That being said, put  Philadelphia Eagles -2 ½  provided by BetOnline as a part of your betting slips for Sunday Night NFC East Brawl.

Sports Betting Pick and Prediction:  Philadelphia Eagles -2 ½
