WWE Elimination Chamber Betting Odds and Picks

Smackdown Live will be airing its last PPV before WrestleMania this Sunday, as the ring gets set up at Talking Stick Resort Arena for the Elimination Chamber. The chamber match itself is always an interesting spectacle and the rest of the card is filled with some intriguing matches but is largely small-time feuds to fill time before ’Mania.

Though it will likely be an exciting event filled with some solid in-ring action, is there value for bettors?

Elimination Chamber Match

Let’s be straight with this: Bray Wyatt will win this match. It’s the only logical conclusion with Randy Orton winning the Royal Rumble. It stands to reason that Wyatt is a healthy -1600 favorite to win his first ever singles title in the WWE.

Orton faced John Cena on free TV this past Smackdown, plus the match has been done too much, so we are not likely to see that. Baron Corbin and Dean Ambrose seem destined to clash at ’Mania for the Intercontinental title. The Miz is not sniffing the main event any time soon, despite the best work of his career. And AJ Styles apparently has the luxury of working with Shane McMahon at ’Mania.

Prediction: Bray Wyatt (-1600)

Luke Harper vs Randy Orton

Though Orton enters this match as a -1400 favorite as of Friday, there is a case to be made for Luke Harper. Orton is already on his way to WrestleMania and he is a big enough star that eating a pin on a B-level PPV isn’t really going to impact him. However, a clean win by Harper would do wonders for his career.

The biggest issue with this one is the likelihood of some sort of dusty finish. I have a hard time believing that Wyatt is not going to get involved in this feud somehow because we need to see increased tension between Orton and Bray heading into WrestleMania.

Prediction: Luke Harper (+650)

Dolph Ziggler vs Apollo Crews and Kalisto

Dolph Ziggler is going over in this match. His recent heel turn is still in its infancy and he needs to stand tall in this match to progress past fighting lower-tier guys on the card. The big factor is the chair. Ziggler has been using a steel chair as his weapon of choice lately and it will likely make another appearance seeing as he is taking on two men.

Ziggler is at -138 as of this writing, which offers some great value. The only thing that could sting bettors is Crews and Kalisto winning by DQ after Ziggler goes berserk with the chair.

Prediction: Dolph Ziggler (-138)
